Members of both the North Metro REALTOR® Association and the St. Paul Area Association of REALTORS® voted to merge the two associations in two separate meetings held on December 8, 2010.  The merger will take effect April 1, 2011.

Thank you to everyone who attended the meetings - we well exceeded the required quorum for both NMRA and SPAAR.  A copy of the presentation is available.

There is a lot of exciting work ahead of us as the actual merger process begins.  In the coming months we will begin implementing plans developed as part of the merger drafting process to develop a shared identity and enhance the programs, services and products we provide to our combined 6,200 members.
